I had a decent stay overall! The location is super convenient for exploring the Smoky Mountains, and it was nice to be away from the busy casino area. The pool was great for the kids, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated having a fridge in the room-it made life a lot easier!
My room had a bit of a musty smell, which wasn’t ideal. I also wished they hadn’t started housekeeping so early in the morning; it was pretty annoying when they knocked on my door at 7:45 AM. Plus, the breakfast situation was a letdown. Just some bagged muffins? Come on!

The hotel itself was a little old, nonetheless the breakfast was large and the staff were accommodating. I liked the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Remote location was a plus. Dessert restaurant Carolina Coneys and Cream located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.
The bathroom was quite small.

Remote location not far from Harrah's Casino, the river and national park, it was in a very very nice area. It was good to be 2 miles away from Arby's, serving short-orders.

Straight facts, no fluff
There were cleanliness issues, with hairs in the shower and an unwelcoming smell upon arrival. The front desk showed little concern during check-in. The breakfast quality was subpar-too few options and poorly managed. Not worth the price offered.

We stayed for one night to celebrate our anniversary, and overall, it was a cozy experience. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, providing a restful sleep that I seldom find while traveling. The bathroom was spacious, and the breakfast area was impressively accommodating, ensuring everyone had a seat. The beautiful riverside view added a tranquil touch, making the stay peaceful and enjoyable.
I can recommend this hotel.
